Sparce, rural delvelopment outside of Crimson, right at the foothills of the Crimson Hills. This area is slated for Development under Future Plan as a part of the Crimson View development. The rural landholders are, on one hand, disturbed that the new growth and development will bring in cultures and lifestyles different than their own. They seek top preserve their rural, mountain culture and don't want "city people" coming in and changing things or imposing new and complicated zoning laws. On the other hand, a lot of rural landholders are eager to sell their increasingly pricey land holdings to developers. They feel they have worked hard to obtain this land and can sell, develop, or otherwise do what they want with this land as a result.
