The eastern, largely undeveloped shore of Trout Reservoir. Water experts in the area are worried that any extended period of drought would severly impact the ability of the region to support the water needs of its residents, especially with the current future growth forecasts. As you can see in the picture, the reservoir floor is creeping ever so closely to the surface of the water and is at its lowest level in decades. |
